Cx80 Platform Terms & Conditions

This document sets the terms and conditions governing the use of the cx80 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the cx80 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our services.

Use of the cx80 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

Must be 18 years or older at the date of registration;
Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from using online betting services;
Register as an individual only, not on behalf of any business entity or third party without written permission.

Cx80 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found registered by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all balances forfeited.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

Each user is allowed to register only one account on the cx80 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may lead to the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any pending winnings or balances.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. False or misleading information discovered at any stage may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. cx80 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Cx80 platform users must comply with all established rules. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

Using software, bots, or any automated methods to access or interact with the platform;
Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain unauthorized benefits;
Engaging in any fraudulent activity including identity falsification, unauthorized use of third-party credit cards, or money laundering;
Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without written permission from cx80;
Posting harmful, threatening, obscene, or content that violates Malaysian law on any cx80 communication platform;
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or cx80 internal systems.

Cx80 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate actions, including reporting to relevant authorities.

Payments, MYR Transactions & Financial Policy

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the cx80 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cx80 is not responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees that third-party payment providers may charge.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods used belong to them or have valid authorization from the original owners. Unauthorized use of payment methods is a serious violation and may result in account closure and legal action.

Withdrawals can only be processed using the same payment method as the original deposit, except in exceptional cases approved in writing by cx80. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification which may require supporting documents such as ID cards or bank statements.

Cx80 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security reviews, especially for transactions exceeding certain limits or suspicious activity. Such delays will not exceed seven working days under normal circumstances.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Cx80 Liability Limits

Cx80 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our control. cx80’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user within thirty days prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All content on the cx80 platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases are the exclusive property of cx80 or relevant license holders. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from cx80.

External Links and Services

The cx80 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. cx80 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing external links is at the user’s own risk and subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions.

Account Closure, Terms Changes, and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Cx80 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or for security and compliance reasons. Users may also request to close their accounts by contacting customer support. Account closure is subject to settlement of all outstanding transactions.

Right to Amend Terms

Cx80 reserves the right to modify, add to, or withdraw any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via registered email or platform notification at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If settlement cannot be reached, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court with jurisdiction, such provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
